My trip home from LAX to TYS took a slight delay for 3 days in CLT to train TV graphics operators for a large financial institution’s corporate video department. When I packed for this 8 day trip, I didn’t think about March 17 and St. Patrick’s Day…thus no green.
Right after I recorded this video, a homeless man named Timothy asked me for a few dollars. If you know me, I never give out cash, but I always ask what they want the money for. Timothy was hungry, so we walked up to Tryon Street and got him a meal. From his reaction, I think the need was genuine. A lot of guys will refuse food when they want money to feed an addiction.
