Wouldn’t you know it? My side trip from LA to Charlotte ended on the first day of the NCAA tournament. Right after recording this, I had to hurry to Douglas Airport (CLT) and did not get to participate in the March Madness that was going on in town.
On the last day of training, we talked about stepping up and assuming new roles and responsibilities. That’s a daunting challenge for some. But for people who are willing to face their fears, great things await on the other side of that wall.
FEAR = False evidence appearing real. Don’t let the lies of “you’ll never make it” or “you’re no expert” hold you back.
We’re all novices at the beginning. Be willing to try, fail and then learn from failure. That’s how you climb to become the “expert” who’s “made it.”
